It all started with an "IDEA" While I was on my journey INMED came along. Inmed was associated with my friends. So was the Idea of Informatization.
"Informatization or informatisation refers to the extent by which a geographical area, an economy or a society is becoming information-based, i.e., increase in size of its information labor force"
This gave rise to a new question What is Information? What is Labor? Where is Force? This was a Social behavior that I experienced. INMED Study is a Clinical Study which has been designed for Early Diabetics. There are several Components in the study. Clinical, Participant, Care, Administrative, Bureaucratic. Having divided my study design into these components gave me good source of Information.
"Medicine is an art and science of healing"
Physician performs a Clinical Exam based on which he makes a Clinical Judgement. To support and quantify a Judgement, INMED study team have Designed several Questionnaires. Which are being used for Quantification of the severity of Neuropathy while looking at the improvement of neuropathy using this quantificational tool.

Importance of patient can never be quantified. It is with their noble contribution we are learning. They contribute by giving us their time and efforts. For helping Artists like us learn the spiritual nature of our energies. In order to study health from the scientific discipline, Questionnaires have been devised to Quantify various emotion evoking physical states. These questionnaires have been devised, tested by various group of scientist to study this area of medicine. Art with which every questionnaire have been designed leaves behind a quantificational opportunity. In order to tap these quantificational opportunity, a cohort of experts are needed. This cohort of experts were identified as Informationist.
INMED brought me an opportunity to assume this newly defined role. As a Study Coordinator, I assumed this new responsibility. And the first thing that struck me was, "Helping our patient becoming knowledgeable, this is certainly an Art." Which requires a blend of Creativity in Healing. During the same time because of my strong interest in Organizational Tool Building skills brought me closer to academic program "Applied Health Science Informatics." It was this deadly combination of two Art and Interest which brought a neuro - chemical change in my brain altering my perception of the reality, to pursue "knowledge" passionately.
How do I ignite this Passion..
As we enter the Information Age, with the availability, accessibility, afford ability has brought a new dawn of civilization. It is only by participation in this "Culture" we will truly become Knowledgeable. The older paradigm of education, evaluation, assessment, have drastically changed. Internet offers us such beautiful resource to make everything very interesting. It is just by ones Creativity you can use this tool to distribute Knowledge.
I am in process of developing such a tool, by initiating an Information Experiment.
Advent of Bio-Medical Informatics, Bio-Technology, we are getting closer and closer to establishing link between Care and Science. If you have read this far then you have consented of being part of this Information Experiment involuntarily. This brings forth a beautiful Spiritual dimension.
